RxStatusChange Button
In some instances when a prescription is filled and a third party accepts the claim, the Status is Complete, however the prescription remains on the In Process tab. Your pharmacy will now be able to manually change the status of this prescription by using the new RxStatusChange button.
Depending on the claim scenario, the RxStatusChange button will allow you to select one of two options for claims or claim reversals that become stuck in the queue and cannot be resolved by other means. In some instances, both of the following buttons will be available for selection and your pharmacy must select the appropriate option to get the prescription into the desired final status:
- Complete
- Cancelled
Make sure you carefully review the claim to ensure there are no other valid issues that need to be resolved or fixed.
